1. Event Overview
HERTRADE EXPO 2025 is a transformative two-day event empowering women entrepreneurs and leaders through keynote talks, showcases, competitions, workshops, and networking.
- Venue: Setia Spice Arena
- Dates: 11–12 October 2025 (Saturday & Sunday)
- Time: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
2. Registration & Admission
- All visitors must complete online registration or register on-site.
- Only registered visitors will be admitted. On arrival, you must scan your unique QR code for entry.
- Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a registered adult.
- The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual at its sole discretion.
3. Code of Conduct
All participants—including attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and staff—must behave professionally
and respectfully. Any harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct may result in immediate
removal without refund.
4. Photography & Media
By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. The Organizer may use such materials for promotional, marketing, and media purposes. If you prefer not to appear, please notify event staff upon check-in.
5. Liability & Insurance
The Organizer is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during the Expo. Participants should secure appropriate personal and business insurance.
6. Health & Safety
All attendees must comply with venue and local health-and-safety protocols. The Organizer may implement measures (e.g., temperature screenings, sanitization stations, mask requirements) as needed.
7. Event Changes
The Organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule, venue, speakers, or format at any time without prior notice.
